Mobile PropTech App

To enhance tenant experience and extend usability beyond desktop environments, Bliscore developed a native mobile version of an existing PropTech platform. The original system lacked mobile access, limiting tenants’ ability to interact with building services in real time.

The mobile app delivers full functionality for end users, allowing them to book meeting rooms, order food and coffee (with real-time email confirmations), access lockers, register visitors, and report issues directly from their smartphones. Unlike the admin-focused web version, the mobile app is designed for everyday use across flexible office spaces.

Our team modernized the codebase by removing Redux, implemented smooth UI animations, and integrated mobile-specific enhancements unavailable on the web. Developed in collaboration with the client’s Norwegian team using Azure DevOps, the app is fully customizable per client’s property, empowering tenants with seamless, on-the-go access to all property services.
